Where we Ship 

We ship anywhere in the United States. Orders ship from Miami, Florida, USA. We are unable to ship to PO boxes.  

We are currently not shipping to non-USA addresses but please email us at to check as we will be in the near future.

Free shipping options are available for purchases over $250.


Shipping Safety Precautions

To reduce the incidence of mismanaged, stolen or lost packages, signature will be required on all packages valued at over $500. There is no cost to the customer for the signature confirmation.



Insurance is included for the full price of your piece with every order, at no cost the customer.


Processing (packing/shipping) Your Order

Orders will ship within 1-2 business days but may ship sooner. During high volume sales it may take 4-5 Business Days to ship. Thanks for your patience with our growing brand!

Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. 

Please understand we cannot be responsible for delays by the shipping companies. 


Returns on Online Purchases

Please note that due to the made to order and/or one of a kind nature  of our jewelry, all sales and orders are final. We do not offer refunds or store credit.

What is the status of my order?  

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information to track your order.


Placing an Email Order

If you are having a challenge placing an order on our website, please email for assistance. 


Changing or Cancelling an Order

If you need to cancel or change an order, please email us with your concern & order number at as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request before we package and ship the order. If your order has already been packed or shipped, we are unable to make any changes.


Delivery Issues

We are not liable for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages. If a package has been delivered to the shipping address that you provided at checkout, we are not responsible if that package is lost or stolen after delivery. 

If incorrect delivery or order information is entered by the purchaser, Yenden is not liable for replacement or recovery. Please double check your address, payment information and products before submitting order.

Signature confirmation will be required for any packages valued at over $500


Broken Package

If your item arrived damaged in transit, please email us immediately with your concern & order number at as soon as you receive your order. We may ask for photos of the damaged package. Please also file a claim with the shipping provider as they are responsible for the damage.



If the item was purchased within the last 3 months and we have confirmed we are able to repair the item, there is a 10% repair fee. If the item was purchased over 3 months ago, there is a 20% repair fee. Due to the one of a kind nature of many of our pieces, we cannot guarantee we can repair every piece made in the collection. Shipping to our studio is the responsibility of the purchaser. We are unable to refund any shipping or handling fees related to your purchase or return. For any questions regarding repair please email us at
