Lapis Lazuli and Faceted Australian Opal Necklace. Gold Filled Clasp. 

Lapis Lazuli is a semi-precious stone that  has been highly prized for its intense color throughout history. Mostly mined in Afghanistan, Russia and Chile. Rates between 5-5.5 on the MOHS hardness scale (Diamond being 10 and hardest.) The Ethiopian Opal is an iridescent colored gemstone mined in Ethiopia. Between 5.5 and 6.5 on the MOHS hardness scale.
